Cleaning out freezers and not sure what you can do with your various roasts? Poor Man’s burnt ends with Sexy Pig to the rescue!

Ingredients: Mustard, Sexy Pig Spice
Step 1: Start with one of you favorite spices. Today, Sexy Pig on a beef roast. Grab your meat glue (mustard) and get started. Don’t worry, it will not make the meat taste like mustard. Cover your entire roast with mustard as shown.

Step 2: Cover roast with a generous portion of Sexy Pig spice.

Step 3: Smoke your meat to approximately 16-165 degrees Fahrenheit. This 2.5 lb roast took about 2.5 hours at 225F.

Step 4: Let rest for 10 minutes, cube, re-coat your burnt ends with additional Sexy Pig spice, top with your favorite BBQ sauce and a touch of honey. Cover your tray and place in the smoker for another hour. After an hour take cover off and smoke for another 45 minutes.

Step 5: Now brag to all of your friends that you’ve mastered burnt ends!
